TRON Group: the technology behind MMA School
MMA School is built, hosted and maintained by TRON Group, the technology partner of Martial Arts Group. This page explains how the site is made and who is behind the technology.
How MMA School is built
The old WordPress sites were replaced by static sites. The 88 organization pages, the style pages and the other pages of mma.school keep their addresses.
- One build, three sites
- mma.school (101 pages in English), the Dutch country site nl.mma.school (2,467 pages) and the French country site fr.mma.school (236 pages) come from one code base and one deploy.
- Plain HTML
- Every page is prebuilt as a static HTML file: no database, no WordPress and no framework running in the browser.
- Old addresses
- Every old URL still works: as the same page, or with a permanent 301 redirect to the closest page (the dashboard, the empty archive pages and a test entry).
- Checks
- The build stops when a page lacks a title, description, canonical URL, structured data or exactly one main heading, or when an old URL would end in a 404.
- Schools data
- The 27 schools on nl.mma.school come from the TrialAndMember platform, refreshed every night; the schools keep their own details there.

Who is TRON Group?
TRON Group is a Dutch IT service provider from Berkel en Rodenrijs. It looks after the IT of businesses and organisations, from managed IT and cybersecurity to cloud, Microsoft 365 and VoIP telephony, and has its own team for software and websites.
